Talking about the weather is something you're certain to do on your travels almost everyday. Most people love to talk about the weather and it's just the same in the Spanish speaking world. When most non-native speakers chat about the weather, they'll usually stick to plain Spanish phrases they learned from a formal course. Phrases like:
